RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SCHOOL                                
(Parents and students must read and adopt themselves the rules and procedures of school and extend, whole some cooperation)          
v  Every student must possess a ‘School Diary’ which must be brought to school daily, failing which after two warnings they will be  punished as per school rules in force.    
v  Students are strictly ‘Forbidden’ from bringing Cell phone/ Transistors/Camera to the school. Bringing any expensive       items/ wearing of Gold Jewells / Magazine/ Games cards will lead to suspension from class for two days. After two      punishments any violation is noticed .He/ She  will be debarred from the school for one full month.   
v  It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full Uniform, black shoes with socks daily, as per school rules   
v  Students who are not in full uniform will not be allowed to attend the  class. After two warnings, parents will be called for       and notice will be issued.   
v  The students should bring the notes and text books strictly according to school Time table. Any deviation in this aspect       will be liable for awarding black marks.   
v  Late comers should explain the reason for late and he /She will liable for punishment.    
v  The Gates will be closed by 8.55 a.m.    
v  In case of repeated irregularity note will be issued and parents will have to meet the principal and to submit a letter.    
v  Only English must be spoken in the school premises to acquire fluency in the language.      
v  Application for leave must be made only in the format given in this handbook. No other form of application for leave will       be entertained under any circumstances.     
v  Medical Fitness Certificate must be produced when the child is absent  for 3 or more days on medical grounds.  
v  Pupils suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend  school. 
   v  No pupil shall be allowed to leave the school premises during the school  time including lunch break.   
v  Any change of address or telephone number should be intimated to the  school office without  delay Insubordination to      teachers, any kind of cheating or serious misconduct or any habit of behavior, which is objectionable to the good tone of                                                   the school are sufficient reasons for punishment, suspension or even dismissal from school. 
Ø  In the case of withdrawal, unless all dues are settled, the Transfer Certificate will not be issued. The students who require a  Transfer Certificate must apply at least one week in advance, with proper  letter from the parents during the specified                                                 period.     
               v  Parents should see that their wards do not remain absent except under unavoidable circumstances, as it badly affect the   progress of  the pupil.  
v  A minimum 90% attendance is required for promotion to the next higher class. Irregular attendance and prolonged    absence may lead  to removal of the student from school. 
v  Warning letter will be given  in the beginning of third term to pupils who take more leave during  the first two terms. Such     pupils must be utmost care to avoid leave in  the third term, failing which their promotion will be affected for want   of     attendance. 
      v  Absence on the re-opening day is not allowed and may lead to removal of the pupil’s name from the roll. Re admission      shall be considered by the senior principal after verifying the reason  for absence. 
v  The pupils should be in school before 8.30 a.m. on all working days. Late arrival will be marked absent for half-a-day. 
v  The Report Card of the Students should be collected by the Parents on  the “Open Day” fixed. The Report card will not be     issued, to take home by the parents who had been absent on the open day. 
v    When students take leave (a day or two) they should submit their  leave letter either before they take  leave letters submitted after the  time – limit specified or on the day of rejoining will not be accepted.
v   If leave is claimed for more than three days on account of illness, a  medical certificate must be attached with the application. If leave is required for reasons other than sickness, sufficient proof must be produced.   
v  Absence at the time of tests will be viewed very seriously, if prior  permission is not obtained.  Leave letters and medical Certificate offered as excuse will not be accepted. Retests will not be conducted.  
v   Students who lack 90% attendance will not be eligible to appear for  the Annual Examination. Students who obtain 100% attendance will  receive attractive prizes.   
v  The school is not responsible for the loss of leave letters sent through  their class or school mates.  
v    Prior permission must be obtained from the teacher concerned for leave with reasons, other than the leave taken on medical grounds.  
v   A day’s leave can be sanctioned by the Class Teacher, and more than two days of leave can be sanctioned by the Principal.      v   A student who is absent for more than 8 days in a term will be called  for an explanation by the        Discipline committee.       He / She will be  suspended from the school, if the same is repeated.   
v  Pupil who plays truant will be dismissed.
    v   If a student does not pay the school fees before the specified date, he / she will not be given attendance. Therefore he /   she lose the eligibility for 100% attendance prize
